We are excited to celebrate the successful “Go Live” of the G-ESS Mobile App for the Ministry of Health (MOH) Kuwait. This launch marks a significant milestone in the Ministry’s digital journey, providing a modern, mobile-first experience for its workforce of over 65,000 users, one of the largest in the State of Kuwait.
With G-ESS now fully operational, MOH employees and leadership can manage a comprehensive range of professional needs directly from their smartphones:
- Manager Services: Empowering the managers to utilize the required functions to oversee the departmental needs on the go.
- Performance Appraisal: Streamlining the evaluation process with digitized cycles among employees, managers, and the HR department, while enabling employees to apply for a grievance request in case of unsatisfactory reasons or affairs.
- Leaves: Enabling employees to apply for any eligible leave-such as annual, emergency, exam, paternity, or maternity—with automated approval cycles. Employees can also check leave balances and modify or cancel requested leaves through the system.
- Employee Transfer: Allowing employees to request transfers between departments with integrated approval cycles and the ability to view approved letters as PDF copies.
- Official Missions: Enabling employees to apply for official missions for specific periods during the day, governed by automated approval cycles.
- End of Service: Managing final settlement processes and enabling employees to apply for clearance and disclaimer requests, with the ability to modify or cancel requests via approval cycles.
- Help Desk & Notifications: Providing instant support and real-time alerts for critical and achieved updates.
- Approvals Cycle: Automating internal cycles, including approve, reject, change, cancel, and delegate for faster administrative turnaround.
